Dear Partners & Colleagues,

We would like to inform you that AIRCO Group consisting of AIRCO Systems GmbH, AIRCO eSystems and AIRCO Production has recently entered into a partnership with NitroPro GmbH.

NitroPro GmbH is specialized in designing and producing compact and efficient systems for on-site nitrogen production. However, the systems are sold exclusively through or in cooperation with OEM customers of NitroPro GmbH. NitroPro GmbH brings customers with partnership agreements as follows: Westfalen AG, Trumpf Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH, Messer Industriegase GmbH, etc.

The partnership relationships between the AIRCO Group and Bystronic remain unaffected by the partnership with NitroPro. As in the past, AIRCO Systems GmbH will continue to expand and jointly shape direct sales with the Bystronic Group. NitroPro GmbH will exclusively serve OEM partners, AIRCO Production will from now on produce all nitrogen systems in the production facility in Frankfurt am Main for NitroPro GmbH.

By merging the two companies, the AIRCO Group's production site in Frankfurt am Main can be further expanded, thus further increasing our market share. Such a step is necessary and indispensable at the present time due to the increasing competition in order to secure the growth of the AIRCO Group. This also has a positive effect on the price stability of the products offered.

By entering into the partnership, 50% of the NitroPro GmbH company shares were transferred to the AIRCO Group. The two companies AIRCO Systems GmbH and NitroPro GmbH remain independent of each other and autonomous.
